Dinesh founded SUS Talent Management in 2019.

Dinesh is a Relationship Builder and a Change Agent.  As a Human Resources Leader, with more than 25 years of global corporate experience, Dinesh has worked both in North America and India. He responds to business challenges with confidence, determination and focus.

Dinesh is both strategic as well as hands on. Also having served on the Board of Professional Associations as well as on not-for-profit organizations for many years, he looks at both long term vision and short-term strategy. Both Employers and job seekers respect his integrity, communication and in-depth understanding of their search needs.  Dinesh’s insight and responsiveness are highly valued by clients seeking the “Right Fit”.
